Lindisfarme is led by Tiffany, an accomplished HR executive with a diverse and dynamic career. Tiffany’s journey into HR was far from linear; she began her professional life working as a ‘Jillaroo’ on Australia’s largest sheep station, served as an Underground Field Technician in a Gold Mine, and even contributed to the PR and event management team for Kate Moss’ unveiling at Madame Tussauds in London. These varied experiences have profoundly shaped her approach to human resource management, providing her with unique insights and a deep understanding of different industries and environments.
Tiffany’s career in HR has seen her excel in the Minerals industry, spanning Mining, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Construction. With extensive experience in the Australia Pacific Region and the EMEA Region, she has supported business operations in Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Indonesia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Currently, as Vice President of Human Resources for Orica’s Europe, Middle East & Africa region, Tiffany oversees HR operations across 23 countries, managing a workforce of approximately 2,500 people.
In her role at Lindisfarme, Tiffany offers a wealth of expertise in organizational design, executive coaching, and applied neuroscience and mental health. Her professional purpose is to collaborate with executive leaders and organizations to cultivate high-performance, inclusive cultures. Tiffany’s qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience and Mental Health from King’s College London and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University.
